As a first-time homebuyer, I was very overwhelmed when deciding if I wanted to buy or build. Despite initial concerns stemming from online reviews, I am so grateful to have chosen to build my forever home at Fox Field.
Our experience has exceeded all expectations. We are so fortunate to have worked with their senior sales representative Stefani. From the very beginning of the process, she made everything so seamless.
During our initial meeting, Stefani took the time to thoroughly go through pricing and upgrade options. She was very transparent ensuring that we had a thorough understanding of all upgrades and costs, eliminating any unwelcome surprises along the way. Her expertise made the process of selecting every detail for our home so enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and knew the answer to any question I had in seconds.
As I changed my mind on upgrades and requested adjustments several times, she was extremely quick to respond with any of my needs.
I never thought the process of building a new home would be this simple and well planned. We are immensely grateful for Stefani's guidance!

We signed up for the VIP list several months ago…after signing the list we received an e-mail from Ryan homes that they would like to talk to us via video call. We had our first conversation (video call) with Stepani Potter on January 28th, 2024. At that time, we were thinking about a Ranch house offered by Ryan Homes called “Aviano”, but we were not 100% sure. We worked with Stepani and visited her a few times in the next 3 weeks (at the Columbia model home) to finally decide what we wanted to purchase. Stepani was prompt, getting us the answers to all our questions on time working with her management team (Joseph T. Colasurdo) I call him “Mr. Joe” 😊 (very friendly and knowledgeable person). After talking to Stepani and Joe and getting answers to all our questions we felt comfortable with our decision, and we ended up signing the purchase agreement (buying) less than 3 weeks from our initial video call meeting! We are very excited with our decision to purchase Ryan home! Stepani, “Mr. Joe” and Nadia were all very friendly and easy to work with! I would recommend if you are in the market for a new home with great value please see them today before all the lots are gone at “Fox Field”! Happy house hunting!!!

This is my first time buying a home. And the whole process was made simple! Marlon was my realtor and Brian was the project manager for the building of the home. He was responsive and professional. And helped me along the way. Even after we signed there were small adjustments and he took the time and fixed them right away. I would highly recommend going with Ryan’s homes. I searched months looking for a preowned home, the competition was overwhelming due to the cash offers, overbidding, and was ready to throw in the towel. I felt frustration, lost of interest and the process became tiresome. So, I decided to look at new home constructions at Ryan Homes at Ridgely Forest.
I met Glenn at Ridgely Forest, who is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and a nice gentleman. I informed him of my budget and home requirements, spacious, open floor plans, bedrooms, basement and etc. Glenn found me the perfect affordable home in a prestigious location, affordable upgrade package, all at a reasonable price, and within my budget. I was no longer stressed or overwhelmed with the challenges of searching for a preowned home.

Ryan homes owes me nothing! They have been nothing but great to my family. Noel, Jeremy, and Justin are amazing! Chris stepped in one day when Noel was off and was super pleasant. This team makes sure every job is completed to perfection.
Being across the county it was hard to visualize and make certain selections for the home. Noel helped me design this house to a T and I have no regrets! I almost gave up hope with ever owning a home. Not only did Noel get my head back in the game, but he gave me advice that will live with me forever. My initial lender couldn’t make the deal happen and Noel found another way instantly.
While the home was being built Jeremy and Justin sent pictures with weekly updates. After closing Justin calls to make sure that everything is going well. I needed help with an appliance and he contacted a Jeremy ASAP! Within minutes Jeremy solved the problem. Jeremy is super dependable and very knowledgeable in his field. These guys really love their profession and it shows. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Ryan homes.

Marlon and Brian were both great to work with! They were responsive, professional and were sure to get us answers to questions that we had.
However with that being said, there are still things that need to be fixed throughout the home that were supposed to be addressed prior to us moving into our home. Anytime we put in a warranty request it seems to be downplayed. The trugreen service was oversold and we have yet to see a representative in our community. Our street is very dark at night and needs some type of lighting. They need to install street lights to ensure the safety of the community. The street is still filled with nails leftover from construction and needs to be cleaned.
Again, it was great working with Marlon and Brian directly. They helped make buying our first home a wonderful experience. We will update the review when we have our one year check up.

Let me start off by saying that my experience with Ryan Homes was very positive, Miss Tina Miller and the project manager Harrison Fowler went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new home as easy and enjoyable as possible. We love that our home is tucked away in the back of the neighborhood and that our house backs up to trees. Our kids already have new friends they've made since we moved in early June. The price for the location cannot be beat. Troutman isn't much now - but it's bound to grow as people look for affordability. Quality of the home is TBD - but we have high hopes.

Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

After my wife and I looking semi-seriously for a home for nearly a year, Marc at Ryan Homes was able to find us a home that met nearly every criteria we had. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of what they offered, pricing, availability of adjustments, and timeline expectations. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get what we needed out of a home, and has made the initial purchasing process as pain free and confidence inspiring as possible. Mini with the mortgage team has also been amazing to work with. While we are still close to the beginning of this process, I will try and update this review as we continue throughout the build. My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options.
Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction.
Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process.
We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

We love Chris and Jon at Weathers Creek! We had lots of questions and concerns about the process (and still do as we're still wrapping things up with them), but at every step they have been communicative, responsive, and helpful. Big kudos to Chris - he is incredibly knowledgeable, but also has a great personality and is so easy to talk to, which really put us at ease through what could have easily been a stressful process! He went out of his way to make this work for us and we appreciate him so much. So excited to move in!

My husband and I had been looking for a home for almost a year. We traveled to Troutman to look at a different neighborhood and was very disappointed in the lack of interest from the sales rep.
We stopped in at Weathers Creek and honestly was expecting the same lackluster response and/or floor plans that we didn’t like. To our surprise we ran into Tim who was a breath of fresh air. He was easy to talk to, professional and he eased our concerns about the loan process (due to us working with a mortgage company prior that S**CKED) and the floor plan fit the needs of our family. We started our home buying process the very next day.
We have had the best experience with Tim (Sales Rep), Jon (Construction Manager) and their preferred lender and we are looking forward to moving into our new home.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and have dealt with Tim as a sales agent and Jonathan as our project manager. From the beginning they have both been incredible! Very patient with our long list of questions, very punctual and quick to answer questions as well as keeping us informed throughout the whole process. We have never felt pressured to make a decision and have had a blast throughout the entire thing. Tim was great helping us find exactly what we wanted and what fit our needs, as well as sending us pictures of our home's progress. Would highly recommend!

We went in to look at the model home at Ryan homes in hampshire and my wife and I knew right away this would be our home. With an included basement and just the perfect ranch layout, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Diane was so helpful in putting in the package we wanted and got the ball rolling so quickly. Erin helped us out with the mortgage aspect of things and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better process. We truly appreciate how easy of a process this was.
