I am writing you today to let you know that we think you have treasure in your employee, Ryan. He is patient with jittery new owners, explaining everything in a way that the layperson can understand, and acts as though he has all the time in the world to spend with us. Each of our neighbors speaks in the same glowing terms about Ryan. Congratulations to NVR for hiring such an outstanding young man. He is just one of the best out there and I thought you should know.

We closed on our new Ryan home this morning and are very pleased with Ryan Homes and the NVR support we received. I am especially pleased and impressed with the outstanding support received from Loan Processor, Emily, your employee. Emily patiently and expertly guided us through the months of tedious document submittals and other procedures necessary today to complete a loan to closure.

This is our eighth home and the fourth we have built. It is my second VA mortgage. The process is certainly familiar to me, yet I was amazed at the greatly expanded work for lenders and borrowers today as created by recent regulatory changes. I was astonished to see the time, effort and data collection work needed now! I was very happy to have Emily guiding us.

In leading us through this complicated and laborious process, Emily was truly impressive. Emily was always expert, good-natured, helpful and understanding. Her explanations were clear and knowledgeable. Her desire to provide good service was obvious. Emily was truly customer-focused, a valuable quality during the stress of today's mortgage process. The outstanding efforts of Emily reflect very favorably on NVR. Please convey my thanks to Emily, and I congratulate you on having such a superb NVR employee on your staff.

I wanted to write you this letter of appreciation for the work that Megan and Ric have done for my family. We closed on our home in Mechanicsville and are truly blessed to have worked with such first class people. I work in the financial services industry and know the importance of excellent customer service. I am very analytical and ask a ton of questions. They took their time with me and made sure that all of my questions were completely answered.

Megan and Ric exceeded our expectations. They were always very considerate of my family's time. I felt we were a team building our dream home. Because of their attention to my details, I enjoyed the building process. They soothed any concerns we had and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to having my family grow up in our Ryan Home. We are in great hands with your team.

We want to personally thank you for the wonderful job you did in making our dream come true. Your attention to detail, your insistence that all phases were explained and your commitment to the time frames when the process was put in motion. Your explanation in each of the phases (the 1st general meeting where you described the engineering and plans which were followed to a tee, the pre-drywall meeting where you showed us all the plumbing &, electrical work and how it would come together and the final walk-through where you explained everything, were amazing. Most of all we appreciate the energy, the positive attitude and the friendliness which you expressed throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with your performance and the professional manner that you expressed throughout the journey to our dream.

My wife and I just wanted to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for the exceptional services we received from Diane, Jay and Paul. They played a major role in the delivery of our home that we love and admire, and will enjoy for many years to come. We hope that they will receive the recognition that they deserve for the courteous and timely services they provided us on behalf of your organization.
