It is with great pleasure that I write this email on behalf of Matt, my Project Manager, for his superior service. I have to commend him on his courteous and professional mannerism. Matt should be acknowledged for providing outstanding service and support. Ryan Homes should be applauded for showing that the company values its customers, which is evident in the provisions that the company made to support all Ryan Homes owners. This speaks volumes about Ryan Homes as a company that cares for its customers; and as a customer I recognize this and appreciate you and the company’s efforts.

We recently purchased a home from Ryan Homes and we are writing this letter to convey our sense of satisfaction and gratitude for our Sales Representative, Katie, and Project Manager, Patrick. Both Katie and Patrick are professionals in every sense of the word and worked above and beyond to make our experience a truly enjoyable one.

From the moment we met Katie we knew we were in good hands – she was friendly and personable immediately. She was also extremely knowledgeable about Ryan Homes, the overall process, and the particular aspects of the Norwood home. Katie didn’t miss a detail! She had a great memory and kept us on track throughout the process. Katie is a very straight forward, honest, intelligent and reasonable person. Most importantly, she is a joy to be around, making the purchasing process fun! It is clear that she truly cares about her customers and wants to make sure that they are completely satisfied with their Ryan Homes experience.

We were equally impressed with Patrick. Even though our home was only one of a number of homes that he was responsible for building at the time, he made us feel like our home was the most important project he was working on. Patrick was always available by phone and email – and was so diligent in responding quickly and thoroughly to our inquiries. We were delighted to receive updates on the construction process and didn’t expect this. Patrick always took the time to listen to us and he displayed very high standards of values and ethics. It was very clear that Patrick took pride in his job and that it was important to him that the quality of our home be nothing less than what we expected.

Both Katie and Patrick understand that the purchasing and construction process is complicated and potentially stressful, but both of them went above and beyond to make our experience easy and enjoyable. Ryan Homes is certainly lucky to have each of these excellent representatives as ambassadors to their company.

We are very happy with our Ryan home in Leesburg, Virginia. There were a lot of choices for us when we selected Ryan Homes for our family. Ryan Homes provided the right compbination of size, capability, and features that we were looking for during the initial visits.  We have built four homes in four states, and as such have a lot of good and bad experiences.  One of the most important aspects of new home ownership that separates builders is the service provided after the home is purchased.  In fact, this can lead to repeat business and also lead to recommendations to others to build with Ryan Homes. Bob and his team are outstanding representatives for Ryan Homes.  He is quick to respond to our call and is always professional on the phone and in person.  Thank you for the support that Bob and his team provided to us!

My wife and I recently purchased our home and I am writing to tell you how much I have enjoyed working with the fantastic team you have in place. Debbie has paid attention to every detail. When we were writing the contract, Debbie made sure my young children had coloring paper, toys, and crayons. Debbie made the process very easy for my wife and I.  Communication with Debbie has been phenomenal. She has made herself available to answer all our questions and ensure that the process to closing was smooth and efficient. Debbie continued to reassure me throughout the entire process. If Debbie was going to be out, she made sure her partners, Pam and Mike, were aware of where we were in the process and could assist me.

I have to give kudos to Dave, as the house he built is perfect. I went in with a checklist to do my walk through prior to closing, and I left the model with a blank checklist. There was not a single item that needed to be corrected. My wife and I were elated!

This process was enjoyable because of the wonderful team you have in place. The level of customer service and a dedication to create an excellent product has firmly put my trust in Ryan Homes.

I wanted to take a minute to tell you about our wonderful experience we have had working with Beverly, our Sales Representative, and Brad, our Project Manager. My husband and I just recently moved our family to Pittsburgh in September and were eager to find a house to settle into. With Beverly’s guidance and knowledge, we happily settled on building our new house with Ryan Homes, and we have not been disappointed. Beverly made the entire process so easy and exciting for us and I have appreciated her knowledge and honesty throughout this process. She is a great asset to Ryan Homes. She even goes out of her way to make this new neighborhood feel like a community. She makes everyone feel very welcomed when you walk through that door.
